Return & Refund Policy – Man Cave Print Studios

At Man Cave Print Studios, all products are made to order through our print-partner. Because of this, we have a limited return policy to protect both our customers and our business.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • You must provide clear photos showing the damage or issue.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

How to Submit a Return or Refund Request

  1. Email us at info@mancaveprintstudios.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  3. We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • We reserve the right to deny any return request that does not meet the above conditions.

Final Decisions All return and refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Man Cave Print Studios. We aim to be fair, but we must protect against abuse of our return policy.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
