• Production time usually takes 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
• Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product ordered.
• Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.
• International orders may take longer due to customs and shipping carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
• We do not offer free shipping at this time.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
• Please allow up to 48 hours after the “shipped” notification for tracking to update.

International Shipping

• We ship to most countries worldwide.
• Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
